Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time, from this page, and it happens straight away — nobody has to approve it and there is nothing to wait for.
What gets deleted
- Your sign-in and profile — name, email address, and password.
- Every signed-in session, on every device.
- Any push notification tokens registered by the mobile apps.
- Your membership on every team.
What stays
Practices, drills, play diagrams, and player records belong to the team rather than to you, so they remain with the program after your account is gone. If you are a player, your name stays on the roster and your sign-in goes away. Event registrations and hole sponsorships are kept as part of the program's financial records.
Tell us if you need any of that removed as well — a parent or guardian asking us to take an athlete off the roster entirely is a request we will honour — and we will handle it separately.
Delete your account
Sign in and come back to this page to delete your account yourself, or email ckaminsky@ourayschool.org from the address on your account and we will do it for you, within 30 days.
A parent or guardian who wants an athlete's roster record removed can email that same address; you do not need an account of your own to ask.
