Common questions

I forgot my password

Use forgot password and we will email you a reset link. The link is good for 15 minutes.

Players sign in with a username rather than an email address, so there is no link to send. Ask your head coach to set you a new password.

I need an account for the practice planner

Coach and staff accounts are set up by program administrators. Email us and we will create one and add you to the right teams. Player logins are set up by their own head coach from the team roster, so ask them.

I registered for an event and need to change something

Email us with the event name and the name you registered under, and we will make the change.

I am not getting notifications on my phone

Check that notifications are allowed for the app in your phone's settings, then sign out and back in so the app can re-register your device.

I want my information removed
